Country Membership
 
This is available on a limited basis to any new applicants who are deemed to have their main home residence 60 or more miles away from SRGC (driving distance by recognised roads).
 
The annual fee will be 50% of the current annual subscription.
 
There will be no joining fee.
 
If an applicant subsequently moved within the distance limit
then any amount they had paid as subscriptions would be deducted from any due joining fee.
Subject to final approval upon application.
 
LINCOLNSHIRE MID-AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIPS
 
In wet and blustery conditions, the club hosted the County Mid Amateur Championship on Sunday 2nd May 2010.
 
It was hoped home players would have an advantage and this proved to be the case as Ian Braime took the scratch prize with a fantastic 66 and Glenn Barlow took the net prize with a fine 72-4-68.

NEW COURSE RECORD !!
 
A stupendous round of golf in the Wright Cup (Sunday 18th April 2010) resulted in the equalling of the Stoke Rochford course record by 5 handicap A team player Steve Dawson (pic above).
 
His seven under par score of 63 (net 58 !!) comprised of 5 birdies and one eagle and eclipsed the rest of the field, the next best gross score being 69 !
 
Steve's modesty knows no bounds as his Facebook web site commented : "Just another steady day on the course !!"
