In order that any members concerns/ideas/suggestions are received and dealt with in the correct manner it would be appropriate to write a letter clearly marked to the Secretary of the Club and leave it behind the bar.
If an email is to be sent, then again please send to firstname.lastname@example.org, if an email needs to be sent to an officer of the club.
