A stupendous round of golf in the Wright Cup (Sunday 18th April 2010) resulted in the equalling of the Stoke Rochford course record by 5 handicap A team player Steve Dawson (pic above).

 

His seven under par score of 63 (net 58 !!) comprised of 5 birdies and one eagle and eclipsed the rest of the field, the next best gross score being 69 !

 

Steve's modesty knows no bounds as his Facebook web site commented : "Just another steady day on the course !!"
