Prize vouchers have already been paid directly into competition wallets as we are in "Winter mode" with no formal Captain's Open Evenings, these will restart in April.

Eighty seven entered the 2s club, sadly for one of the 4 players not entering he recorded a 2, that left 15 other players each receiving £5.80 again already paid into competition wallets.

Angus Dow Retirement Best 2 from 4 Stableford Start Sheet

Here are the starting tees for this weekend's major event, a Best 2 from 4 Stableford to help Angus celebrate his retirement after more than 35 years service to Stoke Rochford GC. Shotgun start at 09:00, 90% allowance, Ladies play against their own card & stroke indices.

Start sheet

Please be in the clubhouse by 08:15 to socialise, buy raffle tickets, hear any last minute instructions and collect your pre-printed scorecards.

With such a large field some delays are inevitable but it was important to the Management bBoard that as many as possible were able to join Angus on the day. Food and presentations should commence around about 14:30 or soon after.

I imagine the car park will be quite busy, especially as quite a few people will join for the presentations only, if possible pleae travel with another player (or two) and be sure to take great care.
