8 Gents Winter Competitions, played over a weekend period. Entrants will be able to play the individual competitions on either the Saturday or the Sunday over the competition weekend.
Each competition will have a different format and will be based on a pair entering. Maximum handicap 28.
As well as voucher prizes for the first 4 places in each competition, points for the first 20 places in each competition will be awarded, starting at 20 points for 1st place down to 1 point for 20th place.
Ties for allocation of points will be decided on back nine, back 6, back 3, last hole in the usual manner.
Points will be totalled for each pair from the 8 competitions. You may play with a different partner in any of the competitions if you wish but any points gained will only relate to that particular pairing. You can only qualify for the semi-finals with one partner.
Entries will be taken in the Pro Shop on the day for each individual competition. Entry fees for each individual competition will be £5 per pair.

8 competition rounds, played in pairs, best 5 to count • £5 / pair / round, 4 prizes,
value dependent on entries • Top 8 pairs compete in matchplay finals, prizes for all •
Enter scores on computer after each round, cards in box
2nd / 3rd November Betterball Stableford (90%)
16th / 17th November Betterball Medal (90%)
30th Nov/1st December Aggregate Stableford (100%)
14th / 15th December Texas Scramble (40% combined)
11th / 12th January Greensome Stableford (Lower h’cap x 0.6 + Higher h’cap x 0.4)
18th / 19th January Aggregate Stableford (100%)
8th / 9th February Betterball Medal (90%)
15th / 16th February Betterball Stableford (90%)
