There is a clear rule in the competition handbook detailing what happens if play is lost due to bad weather.
Rule 19 : In the event of bad weather forcing the cancellation of one days play over a weekend, the results for the day where play was possible will count and prizes will be paid but the scores (places 1 to 20) will not count toward the main competition
So, if the course is open tomorrow (03/02) points will not be awarded towards the main competition but prize vouchers will still be awarded for the day's best scores.
This means the best 5 scores from just 7 rounds will now count towards the qualifying scores for 2018-19 finals.
For info, Rule 20 states that if two rounds are lost, the number of scores counting towards the final qualifiers is reduced from 5 to 4.
